June 24, 2015 - We were very lucky as to not have problems at the border where we boarded the ferry in Calais, France as there was an immigrant problem and it was absolutely crazy. There was a 15 mile backup of semi trucks as the police were searching them and found a truckload full of immigrants. The immigrants then jumped off the truck and ran everywhere, between traffic even when it was dangerous to do so. We got to the port and waited for our departure and heard that there were more problems after we left and continued for many days after. Fra worse than anyone could expect. After arriving at Dover, England, drove to London to our apartment on the west side of town. What a crazy town. Extremely overpopulated and crowded. The streets are not in any pattern whatsoever and you have to go through town to get anywhere and it takes over an hour to get through and very confusing.

June 30, 2015 - July 3, 2015 - Edinburg, Scotland - Found a great place to stay just outside of Edinburg that was a B&B that was very secluded and absolutely fantastic. Great place that was very comfortable and great hosts. Very enjoyable place. Went to a small abbey that was very near to the B&B that was quite old and historic. The intricate work on the building was something to see, but photos were not allowed inside, even though I did sneak a few photos.
